Skill Up-gradation on Food Processing, Textile, Garments and Fabrication was organized by SAMAJ RACHNA KENDRA at Vidya Vihar Institute of Technology(VVIT), Purnea and Patna (Bihar).Approx. 80 existing entrepreneurs had been trained on domain based updated technology, marketing including digital marketing, charms and challenges of being entrepreneurs, safety and security while using the machine, Industries visit / on job training.The program was supported by Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta Innovation Park.The organization/institution participated as guest/faculties in the program were - VVIT Purnea, District Industries Centre (DIC), Government ITI College, Women ITI College, Appeal Training and Designing Centre (ATDC).
Skill Development training on Madhubani Painting
The training on Madhubani Paining on fabrics was organized by the organization. 25 rural women and girls were trained on these well-known traditional arts almost 60 percent girls and women did the painting on cloths like wall hanging, Sari and curtain etc. Choose this profession as income generation.

To mobilizing farmers into member owned producer organization or FPO. To enhance production, productivity and profitability of agriculturists, especially small farmers.To provide necessary support to identify appropriate crops/makhana relevant to their context, provided access to modern technology through community bared process including Farmer’s Field Schools. To build their capacities so that will be strengthened and they will be facilitated to access forward linkages with regard to technology for enhanced productivity, value addition of feasible products and marketing tie-ups.Coverage: 1500 Farmers (Makhan Producer) in five years in Purnea District covering- 2 Blocks- Purnia East and K. Nagar, 5 Panchayat- Harda, Gaura, Bhauga Kariyat, Ganjeli, Satkodariya, 25 villages 5 villages in each Panchayat.
