Skill Up-gradation on Food Processing, Textile, Garments and Fabrication was organized by SAMAJ RACHNA KENDRA at Vidya Vihar Institute of Technology(VVIT), Purnea and Patna (Bihar).
Approx. 80 existing entrepreneurs had been trained on domain based updated technology, marketing including digital marketing, charms and challenges of being entrepreneurs, safety and security while using the machine, Industries visit / on job training.
The program was supported by Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta Innovation Park.
The organization/institution participated as guest/faculties in the program were - VVIT Purnea, District Industries Centre (DIC), Government ITI College, Women ITI College, Appeal Training and Designing Centre (ATDC).
As a result of this training program, participants can apply new technology and marketing opportunities and in-turn their income will be increased.

Organization organized the formal education camp for the deprived section of the society in rural areas.
Female education is a catch-all term of a complex set of issues and debates surrounding education (primary education, secondary education, tertiary education, and health education in particular) for girls and women. It includes areas of gender equality and access to education, and its connection to the alleviation of poverty. Also involved are the issues of single-sex education and religious education in that the division of education along gender lines as well as religious teachings on education have been traditionally dominant and are still highly relevant in contemporary discussion of educating females as a global consideration.
Organization has executed Literacy improvement program for women, farmers, laborers and child labors in several parts in Bihar. Awareness conducted by the institutions for 35 days. The resource person available indigenously was given their services voluntarily.
Books and teaching materials were given by the organization to downtrend and poor students from people co-operation. It was apprehended that the program should be conducted through the assistance of government and other funding agencies for the grand success of the program. The committee has laid down various innovative program to implement the literacy program.

The training on Madhubani Paining on fabrics was organized by the organization. 25 rural women and girls were trained on these well-known traditional arts almost 60 percent girls and women did the painting on cloths like wall hanging, Sari and curtain etc. Choose this profession as income generation.

A 60 days Skill development training on Bakery Products organized by SAMAJ RACHNA KENDRA at Vikash Nagar, Purnea. 30 Women/ Girls were trained on different products like Cakes, different flavors of Ice cream, Burger, Pizza, Donuts, Biscuits and different types/shapes of toffies. The program is supported by NABARD under NABSKILL. During Valedictory of the program Shri Amit Kumar (DDM, NABARD Purnea), Shri Alok Kumar(Manager Bank of Baroda, Purnea), Shri Rajeev Kuma (General Manager, District Industries Centre, Purnea) were addressed on this occasion. Ms. Rima Singh, Secretary Samaj Rachna Kendra, Mr. Sanjay Kumar Singh, Director and Mr. Vipul Kumar Singh were also present. While addressing SRK's Secretory participants she informed that 60 percent participants will be engaged in income generation activities after training.
