Skill Development training Program on Madhubani Paining under NABSKILL, MEDP, NABARD:
The training on Madhubani Paining on fabrics was organized by the organization. 25 rural women and girls were trained on this well-known traditional arts almost 60 percent girls and women were did the painting on cloths like wall hanging, Sari and curtain etc. Choose this profession as income generation.
ESDP training program organized in Bihar & Jharkhand
Samaj Rachna Kendra (SRK) with the support of Entrepreneurship Development Institu te of India (EDII) Ahmedabad and Ministry of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises (MSME) Govt. of India organized different Entrepreneurship and Skill Development Program (ESDP) in the districts (Muzaffarpur, Sitamarhi, East Champaran, Vaishali, Purnia, Gaya, Nalanda, Manger, Patna, Saran and Sheohar ) in Bihar and districts ( Ranchi, Deoghar, Khunti, Gumla, Hazaribagh, Bokaro, Sahebganj and Dhanbad) in Jharkhand. Altogether 3308 people from clusters/ SHGs/ FPA/ Student/ were benefited from this program. It is necessary to survive in this competitive business world, all sorts of gimmicks and techniques are used. Major thrust is to offer very reasonable price or some hefty discounts to attract more and more customers
But how long one can afford that?
The objective of the Program is to motivate youth representing different sections of the Society including Schedule Caste (SC), Schedule Tribe (ST), Women, differently-abled, Ex-servicemen and BPL persons to consider self-employment or entrepreneurship as one of the career options. The ultimate objective is to promote new enterprises, capacity building of existing MSMEs and inculcating entrepreneurial culture in the country.
This cannot go on indefinitely. Such decisions are purely based on product costing. After recovering costs, many a time profit is either sacrificed or some nominal amount is kept. But how do you take this step? The answer is undertaking a detailed exercise of product costing and find out your exact profit margin. Once you have this figure you can work various permutations and combinations.

The organization has provided digital Seva to the community. The people are benefiting from these services. Online services provided to the surrounding villages of Organization head office at East Champaran, Bihar. They got easily access of online services.
The CSCs would provide high quality and cost-effective video, voice and data content and services, in the areas of e- governance, education, health, telemedicine, entertainment as well as other private services. A highlight of the CSCs is that it will offer web-enabled e-governance services in rural areas,including application forms, certificates, and utility payments such as Electricity, telephone and water bills. In addition to the universe of the CSC Guidelines envisage a wide variety of content and services that could be offered as listed below:
· Agriculture Services (Agriculture, Horticulture, Sericulture, Animal Husbandry, Fisheries, Veterinary)
· Education & Training Services (School, College, Vocational Education, Employment, etc.)
· Health Services (Telemedicine, Health Check-ups, Medicines)
· Rural Banking & Insurance Services (Micro-credit, Loans, Insurance)
Entertainment Services (Movies, Television)
Vocation Training
The organization had conducting Vocational training for weaker section of the society. It helps person choose his career early in life and formally trained persons. We shall able to produce more and more sources to make the nation strong and prosperous. Our organization is providing the vocational training in Tetariya block in Motihari district. Two batches training for girls and women on tailoring and cutting had conducted. 40 girls and women have been trained. They started their own business at local level either they working in tailoring institute or stared tailoring center their own Cultural program on Social Evils like Dowry and Early Marriages.

One day Entrepreneurship Awareness Program organized at Rakadih, Ranchi Jharkhand supported by EDII Ahmedabad under MSME Govt. of India. This Entrepreneurship Awareness Program is designed to cultivate an entrepreneurial mindset and provide participants with the knowledge, skills, and resources needed to embark on their entrepreneurial journey. Skill development training on Bakery Products
A 60 days Skill development training on Bakery Products organised by SAMAJ RACHNA KENDRA at Vikash Nagar, Purnea. 30 Women/ Girls were trained on different products like Cake, different flavours of Ice cream, Burger, Pizza, Donuts, Biscuits, and different types/shapes of toffies.
The program is supported by NABARD under NABSKILL. During Valedictory of the program Shri Amit Kumar (DDM, NABARD - Purnea) Shri Alok Kumar (Manager Bank of Baroda - Purnea), Shri Rajeev Kumar (General Manager, District Industries Centre - Purnea) were addressed on this occasion.
Ms. Rima Singh, Secretary Samaj Rachna Kendra, Mr. Sanjay Kumar Singh (Director) and Mr. Vipul Kumar Singh were also presented. While addressing the participants SRK’s secretary informed that 60 percent of the participants will be engaged in income generation activities post training.
